As a Valkyrie, Kara has a number of abilities; she doesn't age, is more durable, stronger and faster than a human, has an immunity to poisons and toxins, can travel between Midgard and Asgard so long as the Bifrost is open, has an affinity with corvids, swans and horses, is able to give blessings to those going into battle, and is flight capable due to a set of large wings.
